Together with an internationally renowned manufacturer, we have developed a lubrication kit which enables the drive chain and the two step chains (or panel chains) on escalators and moving walkways to be oiled automatically with just three simalube lubricators.

In addition to the three simalube lubricators, the kit contains a standard brush for the drive chain and two special brushes for the step chains along with the necessary mounting brackets and clamps. It was important to use existing structures and keep assembly simple so that no mechanical modification needs to be carried out on the escalator or the moving walkway.

The new lubrication kits have been fitted, for example, on the escalators in the Stade de Suisse (Swiss national football stadium), which was used by the teams from Holland and Russia during the 2008 European Football Championship and will be remembered fondly by them, particularly because of the subsequent celebrations.
